Teen & Family Counseling by Secure Telehealth

Growing up today is hard, and so is parenting through it. We offer therapy for kids and teens ages 10 and up, and family counseling that helps everyone feel heard.

Sessions are by secure telehealth for families located in Nebraska, Texas or Iowa, at times that fit around school and work.

Talk Plainly

Early sessions focus on what is happening now and what your teen and family want to be different. For clients under 18, a parent or guardian gives consent and is part of planning.

Build Skills

Build practical skills for emotions, communication, school stress and family routines, using approaches your counselor explains up front.

Keep Moving Forward

You and your counselor review progress together and adjust the plan, pace and session frequency as you go.
