Couples Counseling

Couples Counseling by Secure Telehealth

Conflict, distance, infidelity or a hard season of life can leave partners feeling like strangers. Couples counseling gives you both a safe, structured place to be heard and to rebuild trust, friendship and connection.

We see couples by secure telehealth for clients located in Nebraska, Texas or Iowa. You can join together or from separate locations within those states.

Talk Plainly

Early sessions focus on what is happening between you now and what each of you wants to be different. Both partners are heard, without blame.

Build Skills

Practice research-based tools for communication, conflict, trust and closeness, drawing on the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
