Q: Why is finding the right therapist crucial for a successful therapeutic journey?

A: As a counselor in training, I strive to cultivate a safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed space where individuals experiencing grief and trauma can process their pain with honesty, dignity, and support. My goal is to create an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences, make meaning of their loss, and begin the healing process at their own pace.

Q: What approach do you take to therapy?

A: I take a client-centered approach to therapy, with a focus on supporting individuals navigating grief and trauma. I integrate evidence-based techniques that are responsive to each client’s unique experiences, needs, values, and goals. By honoring the whole person -mind, body, and spirit. I provide compassionate, personalized care that creates a safe space for processing loss, healing from trauma, and rebuilding a sense of meaning, resilience, and hope.
