Provide outpatient therapy via secure telehealth, under clinical supervision, to
adults, teens, couples, and families referred to ProSightful Counseling and Consulting.
Clients are located in Nebraska, Texas, and Iowa, but you will only provide services
in the state in which you hold your provisional or associate license.

#### Duties

 * Clinical assessments, client intake, psychosocial history, and individual, couples,
and/or family therapy, delivered by secure video and within the scope of your
   license.
 * Confirm and document the client’s physical location at the start of every session.
Serve only clients located in the state where you are licensed.
 * Tell clients you are a pre-licensed clinician practicing under supervision, and
give your supervisor’s name, as your state board requires.
 * Maintain the client record in ProSightful’s electronic health record.
 * Submit timely and complete progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and
other documentation for supervisor review and as needed for reimbursement.
 * Follow crisis, safety-planning, and mandated-reporting requirements of the state
where the client is located, and consult your supervisor promptly on any high-
   risk case.

#### Qualifications

 * Master’s degree (M.A., M.S., M.S.W.) or doctorate in Professional Counseling,
Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related
field, from a program that meets your state board’s requirements.
 * A current provisional, temporary, or associate license in good standing in at
   least one of the following:
    - **Nebraska:** Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP)
    - **Texas:** Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC Associate)
    - **Iowa:** Temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor (tLMHC)
    - **Marriage and family therapy track:** Texas LMFT Associate, Iowa Temporary
LMFT, or Nebraska PLMHP on the MFT track
    - **Social work track:** Nebraska PCMSW, Texas LMSW working toward LCSW, or
      Iowa LMSW working toward LISW
 * Recent graduates with a pending provisional license application may apply. You
cannot see clients until the license is issued and your supervision agreement
   is in place.
 * Adherence to the code of ethics of your licensing board and professional association.
 * A private, HIPAA-appropriate workspace and reliable high-speed internet. Telehealth
experience during practicum or internship is preferred.
 * Current professional liability (malpractice) insurance and an active NPI number.
 * Training or practicum experience in evidence-based models (such as CBT, DBT,
EMDR, Gottman Method, or trauma-focused therapy) is preferred.

**Insurance:** associates see self-pay and sliding-scale clients, and insurance
clients only where the payer allows pre-licensed clinicians. Associates complete
a CAQH application so they can be credentialed as soon as they are fully licensed.

#### Responsibilities

have any required supervision plan or agreement filed with your state board before
    seeing clients.
