Q: How do you determine if you’re the right therapist for me?

A: Finding the right therapist is crucial, and it’s based on the “goodness of fit model” – whether my approach to therapy and personality align with your needs. Let me share more about myself, so you can decide if we would work well together.

Q: How would you describe your approach to therapy?

A: My approach to therapy is characterized by authenticity, friendliness, non-judgment, and being down-to-earth. Clients often find our conversations stimulating, and I always provide honest feedback.

Q: What values guide your practice?

A: One of my core values is practicing what I preach. I believe in integrity and will not ask you to engage in treatment modalities I haven’t practiced myself. Health and well-being are central to my personal and professional life, and I continuously pursue growth and learning.

Q: How has your exploration of mind-body connection influenced your practice?

A: Exploring the mind-body connection and various healing modalities has deepened my understanding of the interplay between physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and happiness. This understanding informs my approach to therapy and guides me in supporting clients holistically.
